PURPOSE:To improve recovery efficiency, by a method wherein recvery of waste heat is conducted in the form of 2-phase flow of steam and heat water, the steam and the heat water are conveyed in a 2-phase flow state to the turbine machine side and expanded in the same turbine, and the heat water is expanded to vacuum in a condenser. CONSTITUTION:Feed water is preheated in an air cooler 7 by means of scavenging air B from a Diesel engine, and after the heat of exhaust gas A from the Diesel engine is absorbed in a heat water generator 1, the scavenging gas is recovered in the form of 2-phase flow of steam and heat water to store them in an accumulator 2. Although steam (b) and heat water (a) in the accumulator 2 are separately taken out, the steam and the heat water are mixed together in a heat turbine 3 again to convert them into a power. Thereafter, the heat water and the steam in the turbine 3 are expanded to vacuum in a condenser 5, exhaust gas from the turbine is condensed by the condenser 5 and is returned to a feed water line together with exhaust drain with the aid of a condensing pump 6. This, since recovery of water heat is effected in the form of 2-phase flow of the steam and the hot water, enables improvement of recovery efficiency through a simple structure. |
