PURPOSE:To eliminate a disturbance in temperature caused by a poor contact of a surface plate and a rear plate and cause a poor strength of the thermal insulative layer to be hardly occurred by a method wherein when the foam type heat insulative layer is integrally formed in the plates, the plates of the panel outer shell are held in a horizontal condition over an entire area with a spacer or a clearance holding structure. CONSTITUTION:A thin walled surface plate 4 and a thin walled rear surface plate 5 are oppositely faced to each other over their entire with a clearance holding structure, the surface plane characteristic of the surface plate 4 and the rear surface plate 5 is kept and held in a press machine, urethane foam and the like are poured into a space between the surface plate 4 and the rear surface plate 5 to form a thermal insulative layer 1 of foam characteristic under a desired temperature. With this arrangement, the surface plate 4 and the rear surface plate 5 of the panel outer shell 3A are closely contacted with a surface plate over their entire surfaces, resulting in that a dispersion in temperature caused by a poor contact of the plates and a low temperature part is not produced. Therefore, the thermal insulative layer 1 is not formed under a proper condition of temperature, a dispersion in strength of the thermal insulative layer 1 and a poor strength of the thermal insulative layer are hardly occurred. |
