<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a cylinder pump having high discharge accuracy by forming a cylinder and a plunger from rigid material without using an elastic material therebetween and forming the slidable contact surface into mirror surface. CONSTITUTION:As for a cylinder pump, a cylinder 21 and a plunger 23 are made of rigid material and are put into slidable contact without using an elastic member. The slidable contact surface is formed into mirror face. Though it is desirable to use ceramics which is a kind of sintered material, as rigid material, the cylinder may be formed from alumina material which is a kind of ceramics, and the plunger 23 may be formed from zirconia material.</p> |
