The invention relates to a further development of the invention according to DE 3342838 A1. The figures included therein for identical parts have been adopted. The invention relates to the figures of the main application. The free bearing of the hollow piston against the nut caused by hydraulic pressure is replaced by a hydraulic or spring-releasable securement. This dispenses with the pressure system required for generating the hydraulic pressure and consequently the electric power always required for this for driving the pumps or the mass flow. The absorber rod, slit open in its longitudinal axis, is replaced by an absorber rod in the longitudinal axis of which the hollow piston is in common connection with the absorber rod. This makes the absorber rod more stable in itself and simplifies installation.
