PURPOSE:To obtain the titled adhesive tape having improved adhesive characteristics and stability with time without problems in pot life, by preliminarily crosslinking a composition of an oligomer having electron attractive substituent group and unsaturated double bond, and curing the resultant composition with a specific amine. CONSTITUTION:A composition, consisting essentially of an oligomer having electron attractive substituent group and unsaturated double bond in the molecule, optimally acrylic double bond imparted thereto, and applied to the surface of a web is preliminarily crosslinked by radiation, exposed to ammonia or gas of an amine having <=5pkb value and >=2 active hydrogen atoms in the molecule or misty atmosphere thereof and cured to give the aimed adhesive tape.
