PURPOSE:To obtain a voice coil bobbin with excellent moisture resistance and heat resistance by making a bobbin material, where a thermosetting resin is impregnated, into a spiral and obtaining a voice coil bobbin for a speaker. CONSTITUTION:A phenol resin 5 is concentration of 20-25% is impregnated in an inner bobbin material 6 and an outer bobbin material 7, and its specific gravity after the impregnation is set 0.8-1.0g/cm<3>. Then impregnated bobbin materials 6 and 7 are dried up at 150-180 deg.C for 15-20min, and the outer bobbin material 7 is coated by an adhesive 8 made of polyamide resin at both ends. This adhesive 8 is used to bond the bobbin material 6 where the phenol resin is impregnated, the outer bobbin material 7 and a coil consisting of copper wire. Thus the inner and outer bobbin materials 6 and 7 are prepared, and the adhesive 8 is dissolved by using methanol as a soovent while they are made into spirals. Finally they are dried up at 50-60 deg.C. Then the completed inner and outer bobbin materials 6 and 7 can be obtained in the adhesive condition. |
