摘要 PURPOSE:To condense projected laser lights in a small spot diameter, and to control laser outputs precisely at high speed by fitting a condenser lens to an output port for an integrating sphere and arranging the light-receiving surface, a diameter thereof is reduced, of a micro-laser detector near the position of the focal point of the condenser lens. CONSTITUTION:A lens, through which infrared rays having a 10.6mum wavelength are transmitted and which consists of a material, such as ZnSe, GaAs, KCl, etc., is used in a carbon dioxide gas laser as a condenser lens 16. The diameter of a light-receiving surface is reduced in order to increase the speed of response in a micro-laser detector 12, and the light-receiving surface is disposed so as to be positioned near the position of the focal point of the condenser lens 16. Accordingly, even when the diameter of the light-receiving surface of the micro-laser detector 12 is minimized, the quantity of light of laser lights corresponding to the aperture of the condenser lens 16 is projected to the light-receiving surface, the shortage of the quantity of light projected to the micro-laser detector 12 can be eliminated, and the response speed of the micro-laser detector 12 can be increased.
