PURPOSE:To extend the low level stable range of spring constant of a vibration preventer to the high zone by changing the shrinking molding percentage of a ring member to finely adjust the non-linear region of spring constant of a valve body. CONSTITUTION:When the exciting frequency of an elastic body 5 is in the high zone, the amplitude of fluid in a operative liquid chamber 7 is small. Since the vertical deformation of a operative diaphragm body 18A is also small and often repeated, an orifice 12 is left opened. The fluid passes through a gap between a valve body 16A and a valve body receiving chamber 15, flows into a second balance liquid chamber 21 and the operative liquid chamber 7 and can extend the low level stable range of dynamic spring constant of a vibration preventer formed of the elastic body 5 and the whole operative liquid chamber 7 to the high zone.
