PURPOSE:To obtain a reflecting plate having excellent adhesion to an olefin group polymer layer and a simple manufacture process by inserting respectively a denatured olefin group polymer layer between the olefin group polymer layer and a metallic layer and between the metallic layer and an olefin group polymer layer including an inorganic packing agent. CONSTITUTION:The olefin group polymer layer 3 with excellent weather resistance includes 0.005-2.0wt% of ultraviolet ray absorbing agent, the thickness of the layer is 5mu-5mm., the thickness of the metallic layer 2 is 5mu-1mm., the thickness of the olefin group polymer layer 1 including an inorganic packing agent is 0.5mm.-15mm. and the thickness of the denatured olefin group polymer layers 4, 5 is selected as 10-500mu. As a typical example of an unsaturated carboxylic acid or its anhydride used to manufacture the denatured olefin group polymer layer, a monobasic carboxylic acid having carbon number of 10 at most and having a double bond at least. The olefin group polymer layer acts like preventing generation of corrosion of the metallic layer. |
