PURPOSE:To make it possible to remove water efficiently from a bean-curd refuse raw material, by crushing the bean-curd refuse raw material heated at a moderate temperature separately each time the raw material passes under plural rotating brushes and dividing plates in each stage, and bringing the crushed raw material into contact alternately with hot air and steam. CONSTITUTION:A heated bean-curd refuse raw material 4 is fed to the top surface of a belt conveyor 12 while being molded into the form of small pieces with a rotating body 29, subsequently passed through plural dividing plates 25 continuously while being agitated and rotated with plural rotating brushes 18, separately crushed, simultaneously heated in the upper and lower parts while being reversed with guide plates 33 and powered. Thus, water can be efficiently and uniformly removed from the bean-curd refuse raw material 4. |
