<p>PURPOSE:To obtain desired pressure both at the outlet of a furnance and the inlet of a drier, by transferring exhaust gas from a combustion furnace to a dust collector by the suction effect of an air ejector. CONSTITUTION:Exhaust gas (V1) from a combustion furnace is led into an air ejector 7, where it is cooled and sucked by jetting action of cooling air (VEJ) being supplied by a blower 6, producing pressure corresponding to the draft resistance of a cyclone dust collector 2. The pressure is controllable to some extent by controlling the jetting speed of an ejector 7, so that the pressure of gas at the inlet of a drier 5 can be neared to a target value. In such a manner, nearly desired pressure can be maintained both at the outlet of a furnace and the inlet of a drier, as well as to be able to install a dust collector between the furnace and the drier.</p> |
