PURPOSE:To attain both high reflection properties and high weather resistance for the titled reflector plate by laminating successively a thermoplastic resin layer having high weather resistance, a metallic layer which reflects radio waves and an olefin polymer layer containing an inorganic filler of a specific amount with a specific average foaming ratio with specified thickness respectively. CONSTITUTION:This reflector plate consists of a reflecting metallic layer I containing a thermoplastic resin layer and an olefin polymer layer II containing an inorganic filler. The thermoplastic resin layer 3 having excellent weather resistance has 5mum-5mm. thickness, and the metallic layer 2 has 5mum-1mm. thickness respectively. While the olefin polymer layer 1 containing an inorganic filler has 0.5-15mm. thickness together with 10-80wt% content of the inorganic filler. The layer 1 contains a skin layer 1a and a core layer 1b, and these layers 1a and 1b are substantially defines as a non-foaming layer and a foaming layer respectively. The average foaming ratio of the layer 1 is set at 1.005-1.50. Thus it is possible to attain high reflection properties and high weather resistance. |
