<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a molded interior ornamental material for a automobile which is superior in wear resistance properties, moreover, possesses appropriate water vapor absorption and water resisting properties, and having the sense of touch and an external appearance in favorable state, by a method wherein the titled material is constituted by forming an exposed facing with a resinous material blended of a cellulose series dry pulverized aggregate. CONSTITUTION:After a cellulose series material (such as crushed chips) has been made to dry, and urea resin has been made to weld along the same and to impregnate, a cellulose series dry pulverized aggregate, whose particle diameter is about 120-150 meshes and pH is about 6-7, is manufactured by drying and crushing the same. Then the above-mentioned 5-70wt% aggregate is mixed with a resin material and a ligneous material 1 is formed by molding an obtained composite into a sheetlike state. Then a molded core material 2 is made into an interior ornamental material by bonding the above-mentioned ligneous material 1 on the surface side of the molded core material 2.</p> |
