PURPOSE:To work the titled construction readily and economically, by inserting ropes into the groove portions at the both ends of a plurality of concrete blocks and by paying out the ropes successively fixing them with rope-retaining pieces being attached to the blocks. CONSTITUTION:On a working vessel 7, concrete blocks 1 are arranged between ropes 3 with dowel holes 4 turned up vertically and the ropes 3 are inserted into the groove portions 2 of the concrete block 1, while rope-retaining pieces 5 are fitted in the dowel holes 4 and the both ends of the concrete block 1 are fixed to the right and left ropes 3. Then, after the ropes 3 are paid out at a given length, next concrete block 1 is arranged between the ropes 3 in the same way. Then, the same process is repeated while advancing the working vessel 7 and the bed plates 8 of a given dimension are formed on the sea bottom by laying a plurality of concrete blocks 1. |
