PURPOSE:To reduce the manhour and the period necessary for the design, and to contrive to reduce cost of an integrated circuit by a method wherein rectangular connecting holes having the long sides set in the direction to meet at right angles with the longest superposing sides out of the superposing parts with a part of imaginary squares of wiring layers of two kinds to be connected through the connecting holes are provided. CONSTITUTION:A part of each wiring layer 10, 11, 12 is superposed mutually, and connecting holes between the wiring layers are provided at the superposed parts. Imaginary centers 13-15, 16, 17 are set at the connecting hole set-up positions. Because at least a part of the connecting holes of the plural number are formed in the rectangle, and the remainders are formed in the square, 18-22 having one side of the same length with the short side of the rectangle thereof or larger than that are set imaginarily in regard to the respective imaginary centers 13-17. The connecting holes 23-27 are provided in the imaginary squares 18-22. The connecting holes 23-25 are provided in the square shape, and the connecting holes 26, 27 are provided in the rectangular shape. At the connecting holes 26, 27, the long sides of the connecting holes 26, 27 are made to come in the direction to meet at right angles with the sides 21A, 22A superposing the longest one at the four sides of the squares 21, 22. |
