PURPOSE:To reduce dead water areas and improve heat transmitting rate of the air side by promoting the mixing of the current and contrive to miniaturize and improve the characteristic of a heat exchanger equipped with fins, by a method wherein a plurality of raised-slotted parts are provided, of which two side parts confronting to air current are opened so as to cross with a flat plate fin between heat transfer pipes of the fin. CONSTITUTION:Heat transfer pipes 8 are inserted in fin collar parts 7 which are bored at the constant space on a flat plate fin 6. A plurality of raised-slotted parts 11 which are composed of curved surface parts 9 and leg parts 10 and on which two side face parts confronting to air current are opened so as to cross the flat plate fin 6 at the part positioned between heat transfer pipes 8 of the flat plate fin 6. Raised-slotted parts 11 are arranged confronting to the stream line of the air current around the fin collars 7 in which heat transfer pipes 8 are inserted. A leg part 10 has attack angle and curvature which smoothly change the stream line against the current. Furthermore, raised-slotted parts, 11, 12, in which the cross direction of two side surface parts and the flat plate fin 6 are reversed each other, are arranged alternately from the upper stream side of the air current. |
