The assembly which can be pushed in to a mounting rack has a printed-circuit board (2) with a front panel (1) which is mounted thereon and is constructed as a heat sink. A tongue-like attachment (6) is integrally formed on the rear side of the front panel (1), which attachment (6) has on the one broad side a ground surface (10) with which an integrated circuit (13) is in contact. Said circuit is mounted by means of a socket (1) which is suspended on two pins (9) of the attachment (6) and is locked by means of a clamping bracket (16). <IMAGE>
