<p>The invention permits connection and disconnection without the help of special tools and ensures good sealing in the contact zone. The connection device comprises two barrels (1) for the guiding and the housing (12, 13) of the conductor or conductors to be connected; a stripping holder (2) with its lips (4, 5) for cutting through the insulating sleeve and making contact with the metallic core of this or these conductors to be connected; an operating means (14) in order to actuate and cause to move, about its axis (8), each barrel (1) in relation to the holder (2), which itself remains fixed; a body (3) housing the above elements and comprising stops (17) which cooperate with the faces (15, 16) of the barrels (1) in order to limit the possible angular displacement of the latter in relation to the lips (4, 5).
