PURPOSE:To automatically measure and record the number of striking times and the setting amount of a hammer by a method in which the strain to be generated in a crane as a hammer is lifted up is detected by a sensor, and the winding amount of the hammer then is detected by a sensor and put in a computer. CONSTITUTION:The first sensor 2A to convert rotation into a signal is provided to the winch drum of a crane 1, and the second sensor 2B is provided at the portion 1B where a stress is generated by the lifting load of the crane 1. When the ground is dynamically consolidated by striking, a hammer 5 is lifted up and the ground is excavated. When a strain is generated in the portion 1B, the strain is detected by the second sensor 2B. When the strain reaches more than a set value, a digital signal is sent out by a comparator 3C to a computer 3D. In this case, the winding amount of the crane 1 is put as the measured value of the setting amount of the hammer in the computer 3D from the counter 3A. The number of striking times and the setting amount of the hammer can thus be automatically recorded. |
