PURPOSE:To attain to simplify measuring operation, in detecting exhaustive light by irradiating a fluorescent sheet absorbing and accumulating radiation energy of label substance with exciting light, by using a support medium for separation development in a closely adhered state. CONSTITUTION:Separated and developed rows of a specimen are formed on a support medium 1b for separative development by using a separation development method such as an electrophoretic method and, thereafter, the developed support medium 1b is stacked on an accumulative fluorescent sheet 1a and exposure operation is performed in a dark place. As a result, a part of radioactive rays emitted from the radioactive label substance in the support medium 1b is absorbed by the fluorescent sheet 1a and, therefore, an autoradiograph is recorded to the sheet 1a as the accumulation image of radiation energy. Thereafter, the support medium 1b is adapted to a radio wave scanning apparatus in this state, that is, in such a state that the support medium 1b for separation development is closely adhered to the sheet 1a to discharge radiation energy accumulated in the sheet as exhaustive light which is, in turn, detected to obtain the positional information of radioactive label substance in the support medium.
