摘要 PURPOSE:To adjust the changing rate of a current value by placing a differential amplifier comprising a couple of transistors (TR) and making the emitter area ratio of the TRs different from each other. CONSTITUTION:IA is current flowing to a constant current source 6 and I1 is a current flowing to a TR2. The current at V1=VB is changed freely without change of the relation I1=IA at V1>>VB by changing the emitter area ratio of the TRs 2, 4. FIg. shows a change in the current I1 against a voltage V1-VB of a voltage current conversion circuit. That is, since the current I1 with V1-VB= 0 is given as I1={1/(1+a)}IA, the conversion rate {1/(1+a)} of the currnt I1 is changed by adjusting the emitter area ratio (a). The characteristic B is a case with increased (a) against the characteristic A and the characteristic C is a case with decrease (a). Thus, the rate of change of an output current is adjusted by adjusting the emitter ara ratio of the TRs 2, 4 in constituting a semiconductor integrated circuit in this way.
