PURPOSE:To manufacture easily a high-precision multihead by etching a thin plate of material with high magnetic permeability which is stuck on a thin plate of nonmagnetic material, and forming plural head cores. CONSTITUTION:The thin plate 12' of high-magnetic-permeability material stuck on the nonmagnetic thin plate 11 is etched to form head cores 12 for the multihead. A linear coil or patterning coil is fitted to those cores 12 to form the high- precision multihead easily. |
