PURPOSE:To enable high density printing and to facilitate processing, assembling and adjustment while reducing the number of parts, by providing a leaf spring and a yoke formed from a rectangular plate material so as to connect the outer peripheral parts thereof and a core wherein an iron core and a yoke are molded integrally. CONSTITUTION:A printing head is constituted of leaf springs 6 formed from a rectangular plate material 14 so as to connect the outer peripheral parts thereof to said plate material, yokes 16 formed from a flat plate material so as to connect the outer peripheral parts thereof to said plate material and a core 15 wherein an iron core and a yoke are molded integrally. By a magnetic circuit constituted of a parmanent magnet 12, a yoke 13, the iron core 10, an armature 8 and the yokes 16, a coil 11 is excited to the hammer 16 attracted to the end surface of the iron core 10 against the spring force of the leaf springs 6 and the magnetic flux of the permanent magnet 12 is negated to operate the hammer 18 and a printing pin 7 is impinged to an ink ribbon and paper to form one dot. The attachment position of the printing pin 7 is determined by the hole 19 of each leaf spring 6 and the positional determination of the leaf springs 6, the yokes 16 and the core 15 is performed by aligning the outer peripheral parts thereof. Because the leaf springs 6, the yokes 16 and the core 15 are respectively formed of one member, the number of parts can be reduced to a large extent. |
