PURPOSE:To correctly and efficiently accommodate short thin plates by arranging a liquid tank into the front lower part of a shooter for the short thin plates and immersing an accommodation case into the liquid in the liquid tank and accommodating the short thin plates which are dropped-off from the shooter into the case. CONSTITUTION:When the short thin plates (a) such as lead frames for electronic parts are automatically accommodated, a liquid tank 7 filled with an arbitrary liquid 6 is raised by an elevating means 11. Then, a plurality of rotary arms 9 are turned horizontally in a certain pitch by a motor 8, and an accommodating case 5 loaded onto a supporting part 9b is immersed into the liquid 6 in the liquid tank 7. Then, the thin plate (a) is dropped from a shooter 4 contiguous to a carrying-in conveyor 3, and the thin plate (a) is correctly accommodated in lamination form as cushion layer into the case 5. Therefore, the clogging of the shooter or the springing-out due to the reaction of the thin plate (a) can be prevented, and the operation efficiency of the equipment can be improved. |
