PURPOSE:To decrease malfunctions due to misrecognition by providing a feature parameter corresponding to each sound command to various devices to be controlled to a truck respectively and selecting said parameter in a stop mode of actuation. CONSTITUTION:A sound recognition controller is provided with a microphone 1, a sound recognizing circuit 2, memories 3-7, switches 8-12 for selection of memories 3-7, a control circuit 13, and devices 19-23 to be controlled which are driven by control signals given from drive circuits 14-18 respectively. Then the input data delivered via the microphone 1 and the circuit 2 is compared with a feature parameter stored in one of memories 3-7 which is selected previously by one of switches 8-12 to discriminate the data having a feature parameter with which the maximum degree of resemblance is obtained between the input data and the feature parameter. Then one of corresponding circuits 14-18 is controlled to drive with control a device to be controlled, e.g., a head lamp of a truck, etc.
