PURPOSE:To prevent a carrier from running away at a mulfunction time by transmitting a start command to a station to be controlled for starting when the designated station is disposed in the instructed acceleration/deceleration control mode and stop control mode. CONSTITUTION:When a travel command is applied from a system controller 1 to a linear motor controller 2, an operation command is applied to the stations STb-STd except the station STa to be started of the stations STa-STd to be driven and a station STn next to the station STd to be stopped. In other words, an acceleration/deceleration command is applied to the control units 3b, 3c of the stations STb, STc, and a stop command is applied to the control units 3d, 3n of the stations STd, STn. When the fact that the operation modes of the stations STb-STd are converted to the instructed operation mode is confirmed, a start command is transmitted to the station STa. |
