PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of an abnormal sound as a speaker diaphragm and suppress unnecessary oscillations of skin materials by covering a cut end at the end part of a core material and fitting a reinforcing material which reaches a top and a reverse skin material. CONSTITUTION:A honeycomb core material 2 is covered with skin materials 1 and U-shaped reinforcing materials 4, and the skin materials 1 are adhered on their contacting surface with an adhesive. The reinforcing materials 4 reinforce the adhesion of the skin materials 1 at end parts and the core material 2, so they are not peeled off with external force within a practical use range and no abnormal sound is generated. Further, an edge 5 is adhered onto the reinforcing material 4 to fit the edge to the diaphragm consisting of the skin material 1 and core material 2 more strongly, suppressing unnecessary oscillations of the skin materials. |
