PURPOSE:To accord the stroke amount of a slide arm with that of a door link by installing a projection onto the slide arm and installing a stopper having a contact-position adjusting means onto a guide plate for the slide arm. CONSTITUTION:A projection 14 is installed onto a slide arm 3, and a stopper 17 having a contact-position adjusting means 22 is installed onto a guide plate 6 for the slide arm 3. Therefore, even if discordance is generated in each stroke amount of the slide arm 3 and the door link 13 of an air mixing door in production process, the both stroke amount can be accorded by the contact-position adjusting means 22. In other words, the trouble of opening and closing, and perfect opening of the air mixing door is eliminated, and accuracy can be improved. Further, the application of an excessive load onto the air mixing door and the door link 13 is eliminated, and the durability can be improved.
