PURPOSE:To enable to supply stably fuel, by heating a fuel pump and a fuel valve with a heater by providing the heater close to the fuel pump and the fuel valve. CONSTITUTION:When the temperature in an insulating box 29 becomes less than 20 deg.C, heating action is started by electrifying a heater 3 by a thermostat 32 and the heating action is suspended when the inside of the box 29 becomes more than the set temperature. With this construction, the inside of the insulating box 29 can be kept at the set temperature. As a fuel pump 1, therefore, and a fuel valve 2 are receiving the temperature of air close to the set temperature of the inside of the box 29, an improvement in actuation performance of the fuel pump 1 and the fuel valve 2 can be contrived and control of fuel supply to a combustion side can be improved even if the outdoor temperature is varied. As even a subfuel tank 30, moreover, and an oil pipe 31 are equipped internally in the insulating box 29, a fuel flow is improved, a large quantity of fuel can be preheated, the titled device can be used for even a burner whose quantity of combustion is large and an improvement in adaptability of the burner can be contrived.
