In a control arrangement (13), several directional control valves (14, 15, 16) are connected to a neutral circuit (17). In the flow position, a first directional control valve (14) controls the entire pressure-medium flow, delivered by a pump (10), to a single-acting consumer. A pressure-medium flow reduced by an adjustable restrictor (33) arranged in the neutral circuit (17) passes to the directional control valve (16). This pressure-medium flow is always greater than the pressure-medium flow passing to the directional control valve (15), the latter pressure-medium flow being adjustable by a restrictor (22). But the restrictor (22) also influences the control pressure at an operating valve (24), which is able to shut off the passage (23). Thus the working pressure at the consumer connected to the directional control valve (15) and the control pressure at the operating valve (24) can be adjusted with one and the same restrictor (22). The control arrangement (13) can easily be adapted to consumers connected to the directional control valve (16).
