Dispersing composition characterized in that it comprises : - a major proportion of a mixture (1) of surface-active compounds, consisting essentially of : (a) at least one monoester of fatty acid and sorbitol ; (b) at least one monoester of fatty acid and polyethoxylated sorbitol, monoester (a) and monoester (b) being in a weight ratio of from 30:70 to 70:30 ; (c) at least one hexaester of fatty acid and polyethoxylated sorbitol, in a weight ratio with respect to the whole amount of the monoesters (a) and (b) of from 10:90 to 90:10 ; and (d) at least one sodium dialkylsulfosuccinate representing by weight of dry product from 20 to 25% of said mixture (1) ; - and a minor proportion of a mixture (2) comprised of water and at least one organic solvent.
