PURPOSE:To attain simply correction with high accuracy by obtaining plural operating data from high reliability data just before and after low reliability data, selecting one of them and replacing it with the low reliability data. CONSTITUTION:Data D1-D3, D5-D7, D9 and D10... are high reliability data in normal analog signals shown in dotted lines, and if low reliability data (not shown) is generated between the D3 and D5 and between the D7 and D9..., the mean value is obtained from the high reliability data before and after them as shown in x marks. Then a value of (3D3+D5)/4 and (D3+3D5)/4 is obtained from high reliability data, e.g., the D3 and D5, one of the values is selected to obtain an interpolation data . Which of them is to be selected depends on the polarity of the 2nd order differentiation characteristic D0={2(D2-D3)-(D3- D5)} near the point and correction is applied as shown in marks (F4, F8, F11...) in the figure. Thus, the correction with more accurate than that of the means value is applied easily.
