摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a magnetic recording medium with high performance while decreasing a magnetic substance deposition processing time and saving power and magnetic ions by applying machine processing after a packing agent is packed for the purpose of surface protection of an anodic oxide film at machine processing at a blank space where no magnetic substance is packed in the pore. CONSTITUTION:Electrodeposition is processed based on the correlation between the deposition time and deposition state of a magnetic substance under the condition of each pore diameter, the processing of deposition is stopped with 20-80% of packing rate of the magnetic substance film, and the process transits to the next machine processing process in this state. Then the blank space having no magnetic substance is left in the pore after the processing of deposition of the magnetic substance and surface damage is caused during the machine processing. Then after the deposition processing of the magnetic substance, a packing agent Fi is packed in the blank space having no magnetic substance M in the pore so as to form nearly the same processing condition of machine processing to the entire film. As the packing agent for the purpose of the surface protection of the anodic oxidation film at machine processing, a resin such as acetal resin dissolving a resin with small friction coefficient in a solvent is used.
