PURPOSE:To prevent solidification of toner by carrying the toner on the bottom of a toner box in a direction along the shaft center of a developing roller by a screw and carrying in the opposite direction by another screw and thereby circulating the toner while agitating it. CONSTITUTION:In developing process, the screw 30 is rotated clockwise, and the screw 31 is rotated counterclockwise receiving rotating force through gears 33, 34. Accordingly, the toner 20 on the bottom of the toner box, which is usually accumulated at the corner and apt to solidify, is circulated while being agitated as shown by the arrow mark. This passage of circulation is systemized more regularly by 25. Thus, as the toner 20 does not solidify, and particles are rubbed to promote electrostatic charge, magnetic brush developing action is also accelerated, and picture quality is made uniform and clear. |
