The electronic rack (11) stands on a bearing pivot (31) and three rollers (32, 35, 38). The fixed axles (33, 36, 39) of the rollers are aligned radially to the pivot (31). The rollers can therefore be moved easily in arcs of a circle with their centre at the pivot (31), but only with difficulty in any other direction. If the corner (42) diagonally opposite the pivot is pulled or pushed, the electronic rack therefore turns around the pivot (31). <IMAGE>
