PURPOSE:To make thickness of molded articles made through deep draw press molding uniform, by forming a slit on a synthetic resin sheet. CONSTITUTION:A slit 10 is provided on unnecessary parts of the sides of press- molded deep drawing parts 14', 14' of a sheet 3 cut off at a predetermined length. Although the sheet 3 in a thermally softened state is formed through deep draw press when a top force 13 is descended by placing the sheet 3 above a bottom force 12, as transfer of a material of the sheet is performed in such a manner that the sheet 3 close to the slit 10 is transferred to a rising part 15' by expanding a slit 10' of the sheet 3 at that time, a thickness (t) of the rising part 15' of the molded article 15 can be made about same as the thickness (t) of the other part. |
