PURPOSE:To change a priority degree given to communication, from a called side terminal equipment, too, by giving the first priority degree and the second priority degree to a calling side terminal equipment and a called side terminal equipment, respectively, comparing the first priority degree and the second priority degree, and selecting one of them as a priority degree of the communication between the calling side and the called side terminal equipments. CONSTITUTION:A priority degree selecting part 52 compares the first priority degree extracted from a call control memory 32 and the second priority degree which is received, for instance, with a priority degree designated by a call side terminal equipment and a called side terminal equipment, respectively, and the higher priority degree is adopted. Or the comparison is executed by a prescribed logic for adopting unconditionally the priority degree designated by the called side terminal equipment, etc., and the priority degree to be adopted is selected to a call set between the calling side terminal equipment 21 and the called side terminal equipment 23. The priority degree selecting part 52 selects the second priority degree in case the called side terminal equipment 22 is contained a desire of the priority degree in an incoming call allowable signal c3, and selects the first priority degree in case the called side terminal equipment 22 is not contained the desire of the priority degree in the incoming call allowable signal c3. |
