PURPOSE:To effectively utilize electric power and to improve feeling of confortableness by mounting a generator of warm air in which a heating element and a motor-driven fan are housed in a case having an intake port and an exhaust port, to the underside of an instrument panel in a driving seat wherein the exhaust port is directed to the knees or the feet of crews. CONSTITUTION:A part of three parts which are opposed to crews in the periphery edge portion of a case 12 is cut away to make an exhaust port in a side direction, and the blowing direction of warm air can be converted to a direction in the region of the hands of the crews as well as directions in the region of the knees and the feet of the crews by combination with a variable grille 26. And when the variable grille 26 is in position of full admission, the warm air blows the knees or the feet of the crews, however, when the grille is operated to the full close, the warm air which is cut off from escape blows in the transverse direction from the exhaust port 27 in the side direction, and it blows the hands or the chest of the crews. Next, when a switch 28 is closed and a main relay 29 is opened, a current flows to a heating element 5 and a motor 3, and if a switch 30 for the temperature of the water is set so as to open at the temperature of 60 deg.C, it is possible to avoid wasting electric power of a battery 31. |
