PURPOSE:To produce a medicinal patch having increased rate of release and transcutaneous permeation of the drug component, by dispersing a solution of the drug component together with an absorbefacient uniformly in a base composed mainly of (iso)cacao fat or a specific vegetable fatty acid triglyceride. CONSTITUTION:A solution or suspension of a drug component is dispersed together with an absorbefacient (e.g. urea, diisopropyl adipate, diethyl sebacate, etc.) uniformly in a base composed mainly of oils or fats selected from cacao fat, isocacao fat and the triglyceride of a 12-18C vegetable saturated fatty acid. The drug component is e.g. a conventional peroral drug such as nicardipine hydrochloride, nifedipine, dipyridamole, gamma-oryzanol, etc., and the solvent to dissolve or suspend said component is e.g. lactic acid, benzyl alcohol, N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone, glycols, and alcohols.
