摘要 PURPOSE:To omit transfer processes and to improve the error rate by forming a thin film wherein a pregroup is directly formed and which consists of elements such as Al, Cr, Fe, Ge, Mo, Nb, Sb, Se, Si, Sm, Ta, Te, Ti, V, and W and the oxide, nitride, and halide of said elements on the surface of a vitreous stamper. CONSTITUTION:Since elements such as Al, Cr, Fe, Ge, Mo, Nb, Sb, Se, Si, Sm, Ta, Te, Ti, V, and W and oxide, nitride, and halide of said elements have excellent workability, a pregroup 2 can be minutely worked directly on the surface of a vitreous substrate 7 on which a thin film 8 is formed. A plastic substrate 9 provided with the pregroup 2 is molded with various kinds of molding processes such as cell-cast molding, the 2P method, extrusion-compression molding, injection molding, and injection-compression molding by using a vitreous stamper 6. The optical disk is obtained from the substrate 9 by constituting an information recording layer 3, a metal-coated layer 4, and a protective layer 5 on the surface of a substrate 1 on which the pregroup 2 is formed.
