PURPOSE:To store enough pressure in an accumulator, by detecting pressure below a set level when the flow rate switch of a controller for a pump is turned off, to run a motor at the maximum output. CONSTITUTION:When the rate of flow of water is not less than a prescribed low value, a flow rate switch Fsw functions to continue the run of a pump P to control its discharge pressure to be constant. When the flow rate switch Fsw is turned off, a timer acts to drive a motor M at the maximum output for a prescribed time to continue the run of the pump to store pressure in an accumulator Acc. According to this constitution, the intervals of the run and stoppage of the pump are lengthened.
