PURPOSE:To prevent the abrasion and breakage of a trailing roller, cam, etc. and maintain dividing accuracy by firmly fixing a tool rest at the dividing position by a clamping means and preventing the grinding resistance in working from acting onto the trailing roller and the cam. CONSTITUTION:The shape of a roller gear cam 13 is formed by three leads 16, and when an input shaft 12 revolves at an equal speed, an output shaft 10 is moved intermittently in the number of times of dividing. While, a tool rest is integrally connected at one edge of the output shaft 10, and a clamping apparatus is installed between the tool rest and a case body. Since the grinding resistance acting onto the tool rest is suppressed by the clamping apparatus during work, said grinding resistance does not act onto the cam 13 and a trailing roller 14. Further, since the clamping apparatus restrains the tool rest, and the trailing roller 14 can be demounted from the cam 13, the cam 13, the roller 14, etc. are free from an unreasonable force due to the deflection of gears of a ring-shaped member. |
