The invention relates to an expansion-joint structure for in-situ concrete floors, comprising a cage, which is roof-shaped in cross-section, composed of pairs of angled-off transverse struts which are spaced apart from one another and are placed with one end on the underlying surface. There is an angle of greater than 90 DEG but less than 180 DEG between the angled-off strut portions of said transverse struts. The cage further exhibits longitudinal struts, which connect the transverse struts, and two parallel L-profiles of the joint width which rest, with their standing leg, on horizontal struts connecting the transverse struts and on the other perpendicular leg of which the other end of the transverse struts is welded. <IMAGE>
