PURPOSE:To secure such a file as being excellent in hardness, durability and corrosion resistance, besides less loading attributable to magnetized chips, by making up the file available for both industrial and general household applications, with a nonmagnetic ceramic or fine ceramic material. CONSTITUTION:As a general ceramic, a lumina is sintered after being pressed by a metal-forming press. With this operation, such a file as being excellent in hardness, nonmagnetism, durability and corrosion resistance is easily securable. What is more, such one that repels any of magnetized chips from sticking on is thus producible. For your information, fine ceramic materials, for example, of beryllia, zirconia mullite, codielite ricia system ceramic, silicon nitride, cyalon, silicon carbode, boron nitride cubic type boron nitlite, etc., are pressed and sintered and other wise a hot plate or a sintered plate also may be formed into a file easily by laser beam machining or the like. |
