<p>Fundamental construction of a written procedure (a written explanation, a written composition example, a written commentary, a written analysis, a written ledger) and method for processing thereof for effecting smooth replection of content of the procedure, lightening of burdon and efficaciousness, relating to patents. Minute making-out and examination of related matters are frequently needed in the procedure relating to patents and the contents or the formality thereof is difficult to understand. In order to solve a varisty of subjects derived from the above, a construction of the written procedure is attempted in which a column, a page and a written document in the relating matter are mutually and intimately checked correspondingly and also standardized. Especially, the written analysis and the written ledgar are constructed so that relative advantage therebetween obtained in grading up process by unifying and corresponding the two written documents in order to solve a subject due to separation in the speciality between the technique and the patent. Embodiments are shown in which key subject are solved between patent administration and technique administration. Further, means for yielding an effective multiplication by activating the features of the written documents are shown in the method for processing and bases to be applicable not only to the procedure for application but also to be general procedure relating to patent are provided.</p> |
