PURPOSE:To obtain an automatic printer which enables easy and quick printing from a small number of sheets to large number of sheets, is small in size and high in reliability and has a high degree of processing capacityby controlling plural process means for image formation by a control means and displaying operating stages. CONSTITUTION:The image forming sheet having a prescribed length fed from a housing part is wound on a drum 10 and when the drum 10 rotates in an arrow direction shown by a solid line, the sheet receives projection of the image ray of the original document by an exposing part 3 in an image forming part 29 and is subjected to a heat developing treatment in a heat developing part 4 by which a master is formed. These processes are executed under control with a control unit 19. The potential in the exposed part and unexposed part of the master are detected by a potential detecting means 39 and the processing conditions in an electrostatic charge part 11 and a developing part 12 are controlled by the control part 19. The electrostatic printing process is executed by the electrostatic charge part 11, the developing part 12, a transfer part 13 and a cleaning part 14 and the respective stages are displayed via LEDs. |
