PURPOSE:To reduce the size and the cost and to enhance the responding and positioning accuracy of a linear pulse motor by interposing a plurality of spheres between a stator and a movable element, and forming a gap for allowing the sphere to ultrafinely rolling in the moving direction of the element. CONSTITUTION:A linear pulse motor has a stator 1 and a movable element 2. The element 2 is supported through a sphere bearing 3 to a guide shaft 14. The bearing 3 is composed by providing a sphere 33 and a sphere holder 30 in the inner hole of the element 2, and a gap 34 for rolling the sphere is formed in the moving direction of the element 2 in the engaging portion 32 of the holder 30. |
