<p>The padding insert is comprised of two flexible, elastic and liquid-tight synthetic sheets which are welded at the periphery thereof and also in the interval in order to form seams or tight walls (108, 109, 110). The walls delimit various compartments (101 to 107, 119, 120), of which some of them (119, 120) may even be superposed to others. Adjacent compartments may be interconnected by openings provided in the walls in order to form channels (121, 122) preventing the flow. Said channels may be provided with flow-preventing means such as labyrinth valves (117, 118) or check valves (127, 134). The inside of the insert is filled through inlets (123, 124) with a lubricating liquid, but only partially and in a measured amount, so that the liquid may flow, following an outer pressure acting on the insert, from one compartment to an adjacent compartment, in order to reduce the friction where it is most needed.</p> |
