PURPOSE:To mold a large number of spaces in a surface complicatedly bent easily by a few man-hours by forming spaces in the surface by an intermediate force, removing the intermediate force 7, joining a top force and a bottom force and vulcanizing and molding a green rubber. CONSTITUTION:Vulcanizable green rubber sheets 1' are charged respectively into top and bottom forces 5, 6 in a rubber-board vulcanizing molding die consisting of the top and bottom forces 5, 6 and an intermediate force 7 with a projecting section 7' molding space sections 2, and pressed and heated by hot plates 8, 9 for a press vulcanizing machine to mold sections as the spaces 2 in the surfaces in the forces 5, 6, 7. Pressure is removed and the top and bottom forces 5, 6 are opened, and the green rubber sheets 1' to which the sections as the spaces are molded are left and only the intermediate force 7 is extracted. The top and bottom forces 5, 6 are pressed again to vulcanize and mold the sheets 1', thus obtaining a rubber board 1 with the spaces 2 in the surfaces. |
