The invention relates to a trouser support for releasably attaching the trousers to the shirt, without braces or belt being necessary. The invention achieves an elastic connection between trousers and shirt, a base plate being used which can be secured on the trousers and on which elastic means, e.g. rubber cords, are provided for the connection to the shirt. <IMAGE>
